Junior Executives

The ڰ Junior Executives Program is an acceleration and career development initiative for those who want to advance their professional lives, whether as a team leader or as a specialist. The program is open to people from different backgrounds who share our desire to plant a better future.

Young Executives does not accept registrations. Our team actively seeks people with a profile compatible with the needs of the moment.

Candidates are contacted through specialized recruitment and selection consultancies.

Skills

Competencies such as learning agility and openness to the new are desirable.

Requirements

You must have between 5 and 6 years of experience and a full degree. We accept all graduations, which vary according to the company's needs.

Development

Those who participate in the program have a robust development track, an opportunity to learn about various areas, projects and solve challenges on important topics for our business.

Program Duration

The program lasts one year and, at the end, talents can be allocated to specialist (consultant) or coordination positions.
