SUZANO TRAINEE
ڰ's trainee program is open to recently graduated college students who dream of generating a positive impact on the world and believe that leadership and diversity pave the way to get there. To find out when applications open, follow Talento ڰ on Instagram.
At ڰ, trainees can follow one of three paths
Florestal
We have 1.6 million hectares of eucalyptus farms that follow sustainability, good management and innovation principles.
Industrial
Work in the industrial area, where eucalyptus is transformed into pulp, paper, lignin and other renewable solutions through the combination of innovation and sustainability.
Corporate
Work in our corporate area. We are a publicly traded Brazilian multinational company. We operate throughout Brazil and in countries such as Argentina, Canada, China, Finland and United States.
Who can apply to the ڰ Trainee program?
Candidates must be 18 years or older
Knowledge of English is not a selection criterion for positions that do not require contact with our international teams
We welcome applicants with bachelor's degrees
Candidates must be willing to relocate since we operate in different locations in Brazil
