Through the implementation of ecological gardens in the urban area of Três Lagoas, the project aims to promote food security and income generation for families that are in situations of social vulnerability. The initiative is a partnership with the AEMS college and the Salesian Mission. In 2022, the project benefited 70 families, positively impacting 286 people.

The project offers qualification and professional training for people in situations of social vulnerability, through short courses and referral to the labor market in the food sector. Cooking assistant, barbecue, fish preparation and waiter courses are offered. In 2022, approximately 100 people were qualified and achieved an employability rate of 70%.

The Beehives project encourages the sustainable production of honey in our eucalyptus planting areas. In addition to promoting the development of beekeeping and assisting in the production and sale of products, we help increase income and improve the quality of life in our neighborhood. With an investment of R$ 450,000, the program serves 141 people indirectly. In Ribas do Rio Pardo, we have a partnership with Cooperativa Coopardo.

To connect unemployed people in situations of social vulnerability with potential employers, we partnered with the Salesian Mission to train in different courses, such as gardening, cleaning, makeup, automotive and electrical mechanics and digital media tools. Those who participate in the project can receive invitations for temporary work or CLT. In 2022, around 95 people were assisted by the initiative in Três Lagoas.

We assist in the implementation of agroforestry systems in settlements neighboring the Ribas do Rio Pardo, Brasilândia, and Santa Rita do Pardo farms. The initiative encourages the sale of food at fairs, government programs, and markets. In 2022, the project received an initial investment of R$ 300,000 and served 75 people indirectly.
